Happy New Year Yo… I think I’m getting fat.
Been a bit, I have been…. well.. getting fat. Yep, this winter has so far been the winter of eating whatever the fuck I want. I hadn’t had pizza since like mid spring. I had a slice two nights ago, and left that experience thinking of pizza a lot. I use to order a 16″ pizza and pretty much eat the whole thing. I cut that behavior out of my life, along with other eating habits, and I dropped weight as a result. That was spring and summer, last night I ordered a 16″ pizza and ate the whole thing, not good. I”m putting this up because this kind of format helps me get back to what I need to do. The pizza was good, but only for a little bit. The end result of it was I was super full, and I had a whole damn pizza in my body. I’m not a New Years resolution kind of person, but I can tell you this… I’m done with that shit. Gonna rock fruit, almonds, and soup this week. Get the workout plan going, and get back to where I was a couple months ago. There I declared. Even if no one reads this stuff, I declare to myself.
